I stayed home this morning to take a work-related phone call while Jack, Karen, Mary, Alexis and Ethan visited Mystic Seaport. I joined them for lunch, then Karen went to do some research in the Blount Library and the rest of us went on a water taxi ride and saw ot
her exhibits. 
Later in the afternon I made the grocery run (this is getting to be a habit) while others enjoyed the beach. Then Daniel showed us his new kayak (especially designed for fishing.) It looks like a really cool craft!
I feel as if I was not very productive today. I was disappointed I didn't have time to work with Diana on framing our "five minds" piece as we had planned. I'm not sure when we will be able to get together.

Daniel is Diana's son. (He'll be 16 in two weeks). He's a summer neighbor.
