How much work was done in 8 weeks?

Surprise, I'm not talking about sabbatical projects! Instead, look at the photos of this humongous house that is being built by the beach. The property originally had a little cottage, then was for sale with an asking price of about $6m, then construction started .... One set of photos (front and back of structure) were taken in late January, the other today. Which set is the older -- the one on the left or the one on the right?
